15-Minute – The Fastest in Payroll

We’ve revolutionized onboarding by shifting the work to employees – saving you hours of admin time. Here’s how it works:

1. You provide basic company info (15 min max)
2. Employees complete their own details through secure self-service
3. That’s it! No data entry marathon for you.

Traditional payroll providers make YOU do all the work. We put employees in charge of their own information – saving our clients 3-5 hours of onboarding time on average,

Our system allows you to run payroll weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. 

However, the most popular schedules are bi-weekly and semi-monthly. The weekly will be too demanding for your payroll administrator, whereas the monthly would make your employees wait too long to get paid.

You can locate your company's registration or incorporation number through one of the following methods:

1. Company Registration Certificate – The number is typically listed on the official registration certificate issued by the state when your company was first formed.
2. Secretary of State's Website – You can search for your business using the state's online business database.

If you're unsure which state agency handles business registrations in your area, check your state's official government website for guidance.

You can locate your Withholding Account ID in one of the following ways:

1. Your State's DOR Notices – Check any correspondence or tax notices you’ve received from your state's Department of Revenue.
2. Contact your state's DOR – Call the state's Department of Revenue for assistance.

If you are new employer and you’ve never applied for a Withholding Account ID:

• Apply Online: Visit the state's Department of Revenue website. For North Carolina: visit the North Carolina Department of Revenue and select “Online Business Registration.”
• Processing Time:
  • You may receive your ID immediately after applying.
  • If not, the DOR typically mails it within 10 business days.

• If you don’t receive your ID right away, proceed with onboarding in the Telonai app without entering a Withholding Account ID.
• Once you receive it, email us with the details to update your records.
